The program was created as an auxiliary utility to simplify and automate the processes of finalizing installation packages. It was created by reworking the UPX open source program Visual Basic 6 which is part of the vbGORE project section 3rd Party Tools Author: Spodi. The UPX .EXE Compressor program uses the functionality of the UPX.EXE compression program and is a "User Frendly" extension to this program which was designed to run on the command line. More detailed information is available at https://upx.github.io/

 

The code and design have been completely redesigned so you can see the same features as the original project (UPX vbBORE) so this program is provided completely free.

If you have obtained this program in any way you can use it without any restrictions however we ask you to distribute it in its full and unchanged form ie together with the help files user manual and usage files.
